据界面新闻报道，深圳市星汉激光科技股份有限公司已启动上市辅导，辅导券商为国泰海通证券。辅导备案报告显示，公司控股股东为周少丰，其直接持有公司23.00%股权，并通过深圳市星河众志投资有限合伙企业（有限合伙）、深圳星一激光投资有限合伙企业（有限合伙）和深圳市星十投资有限合伙企业（有限合伙）控制公司18.78%表决权，合计控制公司41.78%表决权。
