Grayscale has filed an S-1 registration statement with the U.S. SEC for a spot Worldcoin ETF expected to trade under $GWLD on Nasdaq. according to BeInCrypto, Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart confirmed the filing on X on July 20, 2026, and said shares would be issued and redeemed in 10,000-share creation blocks; Grayscale still needs SEC approval and a 19b-4 rule change before listing.
