据彭博社报道，美国总统特朗普第二任期一开始就明确把关税置于美国经济政策核心。最高法院否决其以紧急权力征收的大范围进口关税后，他改用1974年《贸易法》第122条，对进口商品征收统一10%税率；但这类关税将于7月24日到期。
