Morgan Stanley expects AI companies to raise $570 billion from the bond market in 2026 as Wall Street debt increasingly funds AI infrastructure, with the bank leading $65 billion in AI bond deals in late 2025 and taking $2.3 billion in fees in six months. According to BeInCrypto, the boom has also included TeraWulf’s $3.2 billion bond sale, Google’s backing of $3.2 billion in leases owed by Fluidstack, and Morgan Stanley’s arranging of $27 billion for Meta’s Hyperion campus.
