Vanguard Group's Mid-Cap Value ETF, VOE, disclosed that it increased its holdings of Strategy (MSTR) by 83,093 shares worth $8.16 million. According to Odaily, the fund now holds 2.12 million shares valued at $209 million. Vanguard Group is the world's second-largest asset manager.
