华勤技术子公司增持晶合集成311.59万股

据明报报道，华勤技术（3296）宣布，全资子公司华勤通讯于今日在市场内增购晶合集成（2249）H股共311.59万股，约占后者0.14%权益，未计手续费总代价约9322.21万元。该批股份相当于每股均价约29.92元，资金以手头资金支付，但并非使用招股集资所得。完成增持后，华勤技术持有晶合集成约10.62%股权。
