NEAR Protocol 主网完成 2.13 版本升级，引入美国国家标准与技术研究院（NIST）认证的后量子签名方案 FIPS-204（ML-DSA），成为首批在主网生产环境部署抗量子签名方案的 L1 区块链之一。据 Foresight News 报道，升级允许账户将密钥轮换为抗量子算法，以防范未来量子计算机对现有签名方式的攻击。
2.13 版本同步上线动态分片（Dynamic Resharding）功能，网络可在单个分片达到预设状态大小阈值时自动分裂扩容，无需人工干预或协议投票，分裂过程约在 1.5 个 epoch 内完成，NEAR Intents 及 near.com 均可随需求自动扩容。NEAR 联合创始人 Illia Polosukhin 表示，该升级为 Agent 经济提供了可扩展且具备量子安全基础的链上基础设施。
