Furj Shares to Buy 78.8% of Boselisi Nanjing for 399.6 Million Yuan

Furj Shares said on July 20 that it plans to acquire 78.80% of Boselisi (Nanjing) Co. for 399.6 million yuan. After the deal closes, Boselisi (Nanjing) will become a controlling subsidiary and be included in Furj Shares' consolidated financial statements, according to Jiemian News. The company said the transaction is not a related-party deal and does not constitute a major asset restructuring under China's rules for listed companies.
