Ushun Electronics Subsidiary Signs 731 Million Yuan Server Rental Deal

Ushun Electronics said on July 20 that its wholly owned subsidiary Zhong'eyun (Beijing) Data Information Technology signed a computing server rental agreement with a customer on July 18, with total tax-included consideration of 731 million yuan. The contract covers server delivery, leasing and after-sales services, runs for 60 months, and the company said the amount is more than 50% of its most recently audited main business revenue and exceeds 500 million yuan. According to Jiemian News, the company said revenue will be recognized in stages and the deal's impact on annual results is uncertain, with risks that the agreement may be delayed, only partially performed or not fully executed.
