据Odaily星球日报报道，纳斯达克上市比特币矿企 LM Funding America 宣布将于 2026 年 7 月 22 日起正式更名为 PowerCompute，普通股预计将于 7 月 22 日开盘起以新股票代码“PWCM”在纳斯达克市场交易，CUSIP 编号保持不变，股东无需采取任何行动。
该公司表示，将利用现有设施资源和低成本电力优势，为客户提供高性能计算（HPC）及人工智能（AI）基础设施服务。目前公司拥有两处运营设施，总计 26 兆瓦（MW）低成本电力资源，并计划服务对 AI 算力有需求的企业客户。
