AMD said its annual flagship AI conference, Advancing AI 2026, will be held in San Francisco from July 22 to 23, local time. According to Odaily, UBS said in a preview report that the event is likely to focus more on technology demonstrations than on customer or financial disclosures.
UBS expects AMD to provide the latest progress on its data center CPU roadmap, including Venice and Verano, as well as its GPU roadmap, including MI450x and MI500. The bank also said updates are expected for AMD's embedded and gaming graphics businesses. UBS maintained a Buy rating on AMD and raised its price target from $670 to $700.
