东阳光公告称，公司拟通过发行股份方式直接及间接合计取得宜昌东数一号投资有限责任公司70.00%股权，并募集配套资金。2026年7月20日，公司收到上海证券交易所受理通知，上交所决定依法审核该交易；本次交易尚需上交所审核通过及中国证监会同意注册后方可实施。
