FATF近日发布报告称，截至2026年，全球虚拟资产(VA)及虚拟资产服务提供商(VASP)监管持续推进。據 PANews 報道，86%的司法辖区已完成风险评估，83%已立法实施Travel Rule，R.15“大致合规”比例升至34%。
报告同时称，执法、VASP识别、离岸VASP监管及DeFi监管仍存在不足，并警示稳定币滥用、非托管钱包P2P交易、离岸VASP、DeFi以及AI辅助诈骗等新兴风险，呼吁加强国际合作、风险监管及公私协作。
