巴西CVM成立代币化工作组

巴西证券交易委员会（CVM）于 7 月 17 日发布第 177 号令，正式成立证券代币化工作组（GTT）。据 Foresight News 报道，工作组负责研究、测试和制定与分布式账本技术（DLT）相关的证券登记、托管、交易及结算监管措施。工作组汇集 CVM 14 个内部部门代表，并可邀请政府机构、自律监管机构及市场协会参与，初始运作期为 120 天，可延期 30 天。作为首项任务，工作组须在成立后 60 天内向 CVM 委员会提交证券代币化实验监管框架草案。CVM 主席 Otto Lobo 表示，代币化是资本市场最重要的结构性变革之一，需要同步推进监管创新。
