绿科科技停牌期间收购价竞争升温

据明报报道，长期停牌的绿科科技（0195）在其中一名提出部分要约方高能环境（香港）（下称高能香港）将收购价提高至0.45元后，另一买方Arygle Street Management（下称ASM）表示，因高能出价高于其部分要约作价0.4元，正检讨立场并考虑适当回应，亦在考虑修改要约价。ASM称，部分要约其他条款和条件保持不变。
