BOC Aviation Orders Up to 300 CFM LEAP Engines

BOC Aviation Ltd. said on July 20 that it has ordered and secured options for up to 200 LEAP-1A engines and 100 LEAP-1B engines from CFM International Inc. The engines will power most of the Airbus A320neo-family aircraft and Boeing 737-8 aircraft in the company's order book, according to Jiemian News. CFM International is a 50-50 joint venture between GE Aerospace and Safran Aircraft Engines.
