L'Oreal's beauty brands have begun announcing changes to their Hong Kong online shopping operations, with official websites saying the Hong Kong online stores will operate until Aug. 18, 2026, according to Ming Pao reported.
After that date, customers will need to shop at physical stores, counters, or the brands' official flagship stores on Tmall. Member points will still be redeemable and usable at all physical stores and counters across Hong Kong.
