英大证券拟11.29亿元售英大期货

据36氪报道，国网英大公告称，其全资子公司英大证券有限责任公司拟将所持英大期货有限公司100%股权以11.29亿元出售给中国石油集团资本有限责任公司。近日，公司收到中国证监会批复，核准英大期货股权变更，并核准其实际控制人变更为中国石油天然气集团有限公司。
