London-listed technology company The Smarter Web Company has placed 703,160 ordinary shares under the terms of a subscription agreement. According to Foresight News, the gross proceeds from the placement were 207,227 pounds before fees, equal to about 0.295 pounds per share, and the company will receive about 98.25% of the proceeds after settlement. The remaining ordinary shares not yet placed under the subscription agreement total 47,449,230 shares.
