The Joint Fund for Basic Research on Large Aircraft was established

On June 14th, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the National Natural Science Foundation of China signed a cooperation agreement on the 14th to jointly establish the Joint Fund for Basic Research of Large Aircraft. The Joint Fund for Basic Research of Large Aircraft was jointly funded by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. It focuses on the major national strategic needs in the field of large aircraft and supports the development of basic, forward-looking and innovative research around the long-term development needs of large aircraft such as safety, reliability, green environmental protection, intelligence, efficiency and economic convenience. Responsible comrades of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and relevant departments and bureaus of the National Natural Science Foundation of China attended the signing ceremony.
