Gary Gensler, SEC chairperson, told a Senate Appropriations Committee hearing on Thursday: "Individual spot ETF issuers are still in the process of registering. It's going well. Final approval of a few issuer registration statements depends on the quality of investor disclosures. Gary Gensler said the process is taking place at the employee level.
