Lingyi Zhizao said it has repurchased 29.0624 million shares, or 0.36% of its total share capital, through its dedicated buyback securities account as of July 17, according to 36Kr. The shares were bought via centralised auction trading at prices ranging from 12.45 yuan to 14.43 yuan per share, for a total of 399 million yuan excluding transaction costs.
