Citrini analyst jukan said on X that Foxconn won its first contract to manufacture SpaceX's next-generation AI servers, which will be powered by Nvidia's GB300 chips. According to Odaily, the project is said to be worth about $5.2 billion and is not included in the company's existing revenue guidance.
The analyst said the contract breaks the duopoly held by Dell and Super Micro. He also said the deal suggests Hon Hai's AI business momentum may be stronger than previously expected, and that stronger performance at its subsidiary FII has raised market expectations for Hon Hai's second-half results.
