据CNBC报道，《纽约时报》称，美国移民与海关执法局（ICE）人员最近被告知，联邦调查局（FBI）将不再调查针对联邦执法人员的袭击指控。知情人士称，FBI管理层周四已收到书面通知，部分ICE人员也由FBI同事获悉这一变化。报道还称，按新指引，此类案件很可能改由ICE所属的国土安全调查局调查。美国司法部和国土安全部则否认监督安排发生任何变化。
