According to BeInCrypto, U.S. health officials linked the contamination to shredded iceberg lettuce grown in central Mexico, and the CDC has confirmed more than 1,600 cases nationwide, with thousands more under review. Walmart pulled four bagged salad products, while Taco Bell removed the supplier’s lettuce entirely.
