韩国金融服务委员会（FSC）计划建立基于人工智能的虚拟资产监管系统。 据 NS3 报道，韩国金融服务委员会在将30余起不公平交易案件移送司法机关后，完成了自《虚拟资产用户保护法》生效以来约40起不公平交易案件的调查，并将25名嫌疑人移交司法机关。
