据 ChainCatcher 报道，韩媒 KBS 报道，韩国金融委员会公布虚拟资产市场监管成果。自《虚拟资产用户保护法》实施两年以来，已完成约 40 起虚拟资产不公平交易调查，并向司法机关举报或通报 30 余起案件，重点打击短线操纵、“拉高出货”等行为。
韩国金融委员会称，未来将进一步强化市场监控能力，建设基于 AI 的虚拟资产监管体系，包括实时市场监测、秒级价格操纵分析，以及自动识别可疑账户和交易区间。
