Iranian Ambassador to Pakistan Reza Amiri Moghadam said Trump, despite claiming to seek peace, has undermined two diplomatic agreements involving Iran. According to Jin10, Moghadam wrote on social media that Trump destroyed two major achievements in modern diplomatic history while continuing to talk about peace.
He said Trump destroyed the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, or JCPOA, 473 days after taking office in 2018. He added that Trump also destroyed the Islamabad memorandum of understanding less than 20 days after it was signed, by arbitrarily interpreting the agreement and acting out of malice.
