6月14日讯，A股券商板块午后快速拉升，海通证券一度触及涨停。近日市场传言国泰君安与海通证券将合并。对此，记者以投资者身份致电海通证券，相关人士表示，公司目前没有相关的计划。记者还多次致电国泰君安，但未获接通。值得注意的是，上述两家公司总部都位于上海，海通证券无控股股东，国泰君安控股股东为上海国有资产经营有限公司。
