结好控股拟每股4元私有化

据明报报道，结好控股（0064）大股东兼主席洪汉文拟将仅余上市公司结好控股私有化，作价为每股2元，另派每股2元特别息，合共每股4元，总作价11.95亿元，拟收购已流通街货近2.99亿股。私有化价格较6月25日停牌前收市价3.4元溢价17.6%。该股将于本周一早上恢复买卖。
