数十个主要国家发布了一份联合声明，向公众保证这些司法管辖区同意经合组织制定的一套加密货币税收规则，即加密资产报告框架（CARF）。这些国家表示，他们打算迅速将CARF转化为国内法律，并及时启动交换协议，以便交易所能够在2027年之前开始运营。签署共同报告标准 (CRS) 的司法管辖区还将实施对该标准的修正案。
