7月11日，Robinhood Chain早期头部Meme发射平台NOXA暂停新增代币发行。据 PANews 报道，7月11日后两天，原网站一度无法访问；7月14日启用的静态入口仅保留历史项目浏览、存量交易和创作者费用领取功能。7月15日，NOXA宣布不再收取后续交易费，并将全部交易收入转给创作者。截至发稿，其新增发行仍未恢复。
