Iran said data show traffic through the Strait of Hormuz is still using the Iranian shipping lane, with the number of vessels confirmed to have passed through the strait falling to 8. According to Jin10, the report from Tasnim News Agency said 7 of the 8 completed transits went through Iranian waters, with no transit recorded via the Omani lane and no movement observed from the shadow fleet.
Traffic was evenly split between commercial and non-commercial vessels, and half of all crossings were by ships flying the Iranian flag.
