Injective plans to launch Injective Mint, an RWA tokenization platform that is now in private testing. According to Foresight News, the platform lets institutions create and manage compliant assets without writing code and includes compliance features such as holder restrictions, jurisdiction screening, freeze controls, and a global pause function.
The platform will support on-chain issuance of regulated assets including U.S. Treasuries, stablecoins, and funds. Injective has also filed a transfer agent registration application with the U.S. SEC. If approved, it would maintain the official on-chain record of securities ownership, covering dividends, voting, and transfers, and provide a compliance path for on-chain securities issuance.
