Nebius完成约7.75亿美元债务融资

据Odaily星球日报报道，neocloud 公司 Nebius 宣布完成首笔约 7.75 亿美元高级担保债务融资。该融资将用于扩展其 AI 云平台，由已部署的 GPU 基础设施及投资级客户合同现金流支持，债务融资将于 2030 年到期，利率为 SOFR+2.50%。Nebius 目前拥有来自微软、Meta 等客户的超过 400 亿美元合同收入。
