据Odaily星球日报报道，a16z crypto刊发美国议员Patrick McHenry文章《The time for Clarity is here: The next-generation Telecoms Act》，其中指出当前推进中的加密市场结构立法《CLARITY Act》具有类似1996年《电信法》的历史意义，可能成为美国推动下一代金融创新的重要基础。
