健倍苗苗拟分拆保济元和主板独立上市

据明报报道，健倍苗苗（2161）公布，建议分拆品牌中成药产品及中医诊所服务业务在主板独立上市，方式为全球发售现时为旗下全资附属公司的保济元和股份。集团已就该分拆向联交所提交申请，联交所上市委员会已于6月26日确认集团可进行建议中的分拆上市计划。保济元和今日向联交所提交上市申请表格（A1表格）。
