Mainland AI model developer Moonshot launched its next-generation AI model Kimi K3 on Thursday, according to Ming Pao reported.
Artificial Analysis said that after reviewing nine parameters, Kimi K3 scored 57 points on its Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index, placing it behind Anthropic's Claude Fable 5, which scored 60 points last month, and OpenAI's CPT-5.6 Sol, which scored 59 points this month. The result indicates a narrowing gap between Chinese and U.S. AI model capabilities.
