36氪获悉，*ST萃华公告称，近期东方财富网等股吧社区流传“政府已经出面谈的差不多了，银行债转股”“黄金大鳄周六福及矿业大佬已经要注资”等传闻，经核实，董事会认为上述传闻为不实信息。公司目前无正在筹划中的并购重组或债转股事宜，未来三个月内也无并购重组计划或债转股计划。
