Nvidia’s venture arm NVentures may have invested about $196 million in British fintech company Revolut, according to a confirmation statement filed with the U.K. Companies House. According to ChainCatcher, the filing shows an entity believed to belong to NVentures LLC held about 141,834 Revolut shares, valued at about $195.9 million based on the issue price in the financing round.
Neither Nvidia nor Revolut had previously disclosed the exact size of NVentures’ investment or its stake in the company. Revolut was founded in 2015 and operates as a digital banking platform offering payments, foreign exchange, investing and crypto asset services.
