SBI Holdings 宣布，通过旗下子公司 SBI Ventures Asset Pte. Ltd. 完成对新加坡加密平台 Coinhako（母公司 Holdbuild Pte. Ltd.）的注资及存量股份收购。 据 Foresight News 报道，相关交易已获新加坡金融管理局（MAS）批准，于 7 月 16 日取得过半股权，Coinhako 正式成为其合并子公司。
Coinhako 旗下持牌主体 Hako Technology Pte. Ltd. 持有 MAS 颁发的主要支付机构（Major Payment Institution）牌照。SBI Holdings 表示，将结合 Coinhako 在新加坡的客户资源与合规运营经验，以及 SBI 集团的金融服务与全球网络，拓展以日本和东南亚为起点的数字资产跨境通道，并计划与旗下日元稳定币 JPYSC 等数字金融服务进一步整合。
