As of the announcement date, Xu held 360,000 shares in his name, representing 0.24% of the company’s current total share capital. Xu was the father-in-law of PENGFEIZHANG, one of the company’s actual controllers, and had no role as a director, senior executive, or any other position at the company. He also did not participate in the company’s day-to-day production or operations management.
