According to Tianyancha app data cited by 36Kr, Beijing Ziran Yizhi Technology Co. Ltd. recently changed its business registration to add Ningbo Meishan Bonded Port Area Winding Investment Co. Ltd., a unit of CATL, Shanghai Yunyang Enterprise Management Consulting Co. Ltd., a unit of Ant Group, and Xiamen Yaheng Venture Capital Fund Partnership (LP) as shareholders. The company's registered capital also rose from about RMB 1.604 million to about RMB 1.777 million.
