日本上市公司 Bitcoin Japan 计划花费 6.6 亿日元用于首次购买比特币。据 Foresight News 报道，其将通过以开曼群岛注册的投资基金 EVO FUND 的第三方配售，发行无担保可转换公司债券型附新股认购权债券（发行总额 15 亿日元）及第 2 期新股认购权（593,779 份）。加上行使认股权所筹集的资金，扣除相关费用后的净筹资额约为 96 亿 5700 万日元。
