AI Agent settlement protocol AEON said its payment network has integrated Egypt's four major mobile wallets: Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash, e& money, and WE Pay. According to ChainCatcher, users can pay with crypto assets while merchants receive settlement in Egyptian pounds.
The company said the integration expands its local payment and settlement network across Africa and the Middle East, providing infrastructure support for localized payments and settlement in real-world commercial use cases for AI agents.
