据明报报道，内地光模块龙头企业新易盛（深：300502）今日正式以保密形式向港交所提交上市申请，消息人士称其在港发行H股集资金额料达40亿至50亿美元，约合312亿至390亿港元。
消息人士指，这一规模高于4月传出的30亿美元集资预期。
