新易盛秘密申请港股上市

据新浪财经报道，中国光模块制造商新易盛已以保密形式提交香港上市申请，知情人士称其可能通过在港发行股票筹集40亿至50亿美元。知情人士还透露，摩根士丹利已加入此次发行交易的承销安排；媒体4月曾报道，新易盛正与中信证券和摩根大通合作筹备香港上市事宜。
