Hong Kong interbank rates fell across the board, with the one-month HIBOR linked to mortgages declining for a second straight day by 7.82 basis points to 2.75%, its lowest level since July 14, when it stood at 2.73792%, according to Ming Pao.
The previous time the one-month HIBOR fell for two consecutive days was on July 13, when the rate was 2.66042%.
