荷兰将水危机级别升至“实际缺水”

据《联合早报》援引新华社报道，荷兰政府星期四（7月16日）将水危机级别从“即将发生”调升至“实际缺水”。公报称，持续干旱和高温已影响荷兰国内河航运、工业和农业，部分运河水位过低，船舶通行量和载货量下降；一些工厂的冷却水排放量受限，生产受影响；部分农作物因河流流量减少未能及时灌溉，西部一些地区盐碱化加重。公报同时指出，居民饮用水供应目前仍然充足。
