金十数据7月17日讯，国家外汇管理局资本项目管理司司长肖胜在国新办新闻发布会上表示，2026年以来，面对新的形势、新的变化，外汇局在广泛调研银行企业等经营主体需求的基础上，结合资本项目高水平开放进程，拟再推出一揽子政策。
